About the project
A leading German/Swiss publishing company with operations in most Central European countries, wanted to find a reliable partner to outsource their whole infrastructure design, governance and maintenance for 13 portals, including 3 out of 10 biggest portals in Serbia, and the No. 1 web site Blic.rs, with more than 3.6 million visitors per day.
Requirements included 24×7 monitoring and support, flexible infrastructure capable of sustaining peaks in traffic, adequate DDoS protection, and well designed and implemented business procedures.
What have we done
- Deployment of infrastructure capable of sustaining sudden peaks in traffic, based on proven hardware (HP, Fujitsu, NetApp, Cisco, Citrix)
- Optimization of internal processes, allow space for creativity in solution design
- Consultation services in optimizing and enhancing the client’s portals
- Development of well-designed monitoring system, reducing the time needed to respond to an incident
